chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies
My secret ingredient is heavy cream. It makes the cookies so moist. It was an ingredient my mother always used in her cookies as well as crisco.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon each baking soda and salt
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 6 ounces peanut butter chips
How To Make chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix first 7 ingredients together beating with beaters until light and creamy.

Step 2Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Step 3Stir in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.

Step 4Lightly spray a cooking sheet. Drop by tablespoons full onto sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until browned.
