How to Make Chewiest Snickerdooodle Cookies Ever!!

  1. Cream butter, coconut oil and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla and cream together.
  2. In a separate bowl combine, cream of tartar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes.

    Pre-heat oven to 375*
  4. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Form dough into small balls,( I use a small ice cream scoop) so all my cookies come out the same size, you can use your hands though... roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture and then place on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 8 mins NO LONGER!!!! Remove from oven and place on cooling racks, let cool for 10 mins, these are so moist and chewy, I love these! Enjoy!!
