Just in time for Valentine's Day! These chewy pink cookies are so much fun and yes they taste like bubble gum!!!

Ingredients

2 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 - egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon bubble gum flavoring
- red food coloring drops
- pink sugar

How To Make bubble gum sugar cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

Step 2

in small bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. set aside.
Step 3

Cream butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Beat in egg.
Step 4

Stir in extracts. Drop a couple drops of food coloring to get desired shade of pink. Slowly beat in dry ingredients.
Step 5

Scoop into 1 inch balls. (do not fear if dough is a bit crumbly). Roll into pink sugar. Place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart.
Step 6

bake 10-12 minutes.
