banana, peanut butter, walnut cookies
Had some banana to get rid of and hubby wanted peanut butter cookies this worked out very well. Enjoy! Found the peanut butter cookie in an old recipe box and just added things too it.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup softened butter cut in cubes
- 1 large over ripe banana
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make banana, peanut butter, walnut cookies

Step 1with mixer cream together banana, butter, and sugar

Step 2In another bowl mix egg and vanilla together. Then gradually mix into butter mixture.

Step 3Stir in peanut butter, sift dry ingredience together mix into wet ingredience to form a soft dough. Add chopped walnuts mixing well.

Step 4Chill dough at least 30 minutes, until firm.

Step 5pre heat oven to 350 degrees, grease two cookie sheets, with a small melon baller dip into dough and roll into balls

Step 6place balls on cookie sheets , with a small fork and dipping the fork into flour press a crisscross on top of cookie pushing them down.

Step 7add a little sea salt on each one bake 13 minutes place on cooling racks.
