Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

3 call purpose flour
2 mediumover-ripe bananas, sliced
1 ccreamy peanut butter
1/2 c(1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 largeeggs, room temperature
3/4 clight brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsppure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
·dark chocolate chips, for garnish
·sea salt, for garnish
How to Make Banana Peanut Butter Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350'F
Set aside two clean cookie sheets.
- Gradually mix flour mixture into the banana/sugar mixture. Mix until completely incorporated, but do not over mix.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and set onto ungreased cookie sheets. Sprinkle the balls with course seasalt lightly before putting into oven.
Bake for 8-15 minutes, or until just golden.
Remove cookies from oven. Press chocolate chips into cookies while they are still hot and soft.
Cookies will harden as they cool. Cool for at least 10 minutes before attempting to remove hot cookies from cookie sheets.
