I want to Credit Doreen Fish because i used her coconut flour sugar cookie recipe as a base for mine. I substitute a few ingredients for allergy friendliness and added a few for spunk

  • 4
    large eggs
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    gluten free vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    enjoy life choclate chips
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    melted coconut oil (can be sub. with butter or other oil)
  • 3/4 c
    sifted coconut flour

How to Make Allergy Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. preheat oven 375
  2. Wisk eggs till frothy then combine with melted coconut oil sugar brown sugar and vanilla
  3. Sift in coconut flour and salt then mix by hand with a wooden spoon being careful not to over mix.
  4. Let stand 5-10 minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb the moisture.
  5. Add choclate chips then knead dough by hand till well combined
  6. roll dough into ping pong sized balls and press flat
  7. bake 15 minutes, let cool before transferring
