I want to Credit Doreen Fish because i used her coconut flour sugar cookie recipe as a base for mine. I substitute a few ingredients for allergy friendliness and added a few for spunk

Ingredients
- 4 - large eggs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
- 1/2 cup enjoy life choclate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (can be sub. with butter or other oil)
- 3/4 cup sifted coconut flour
How To Make allergy friendly chocolate chip cookies

Step 1preheat oven 375

Step 2Wisk eggs till frothy then combine with melted coconut oil sugar brown sugar and vanilla

Step 3Sift in coconut flour and salt then mix by hand with a wooden spoon being careful not to over mix.

Step 4Let stand 5-10 minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb the moisture.

Step 5Add choclate chips then knead dough by hand till well combined

Step 6roll dough into ping pong sized balls and press flat

Step 7bake 15 minutes, let cool before transferring
