The ingredients have been sitting on the table for 3 days, time to get to work making the house smell Chocolaty. NOTE:SOME HAVE COCONUT/PECAN FROSTING AND SOME ARE NAKED . I REMOVED FROM THE PAN TOO SOON, LET COOL COMPLETELY.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup hershey cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup hershey chocolate syrup
  • 2 - squares, semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup ap flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon xtra rich vanilla extract (mccormick madagascar)
  • 2 large + 1 eggs, reserve was whites
  • 2 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, baking powder and soda

How To Make triple chocolate walnut brownies, iris

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees, spray a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Melt butter over low heat, add cocoa powder and squares, stir gently until melted.
  • Step 3
    Pour into mixing bowl add sugar, salt, flour and vanilla, stir. Add eggs, stir, add whites and walnuts stir.
  • Step 4
    Spread evenly in pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before cutting. Frost if desired.
