Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    dark chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    rice crispy cereal

How to Make Peanut butter crunch bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Line bottom of a 8" x 8" pan w/ parchment paper. In bowl, mix together butter, graham crackers, 1 cup peanut butter and powdered sugar. Press mix into bottom of pan, chill 1 hr.
  2. Place dark chocolate chips, 2 tbsp peanut butter and butter in microwaveable bowl, microwave 1 min Stir untl melted.
  3. Add cereal to chocolate mix, stir to coat. Spread on top of peanut butter layer. Refrigerate 3 hrs to set.
