Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup pretzels, crushed crumbs
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed crumbs
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

Test Kitchen Tips

We added parchment paper to the bottom of the pan to easily remove the bars once set.

Step 1

In a medium bowl combine melted butter, crunchy peanut butter, and confectioners' sugar; mix well.

Step 2

Fold in crushed pretzels and Ritz crackers.
Step 3

Press into an ungreased 9x13 dish.
Step 4

Melt chocolate and 1/4 cup peanut butter in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
Step 5

Stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted.
Step 6

Spread the chocolate mixture over the base in the pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate is set.
Step 7

Once the chocolate is set, cut into squares.
