Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat evaporated milk
- 1-2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, or dark chocolate candy bar, broken into bits
- 1-1/2 cup marshmellows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
How To Make moms dark chocolate fudge w/ cranberries and nuts

Step 1Place milk, sugar and salt in lg saucepan, bring to a boil. Boil 5 mins, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and marshmellows.

Step 2Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, cashews and cranberries. Spray a 8" square baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 3Spoon fudge mix into pan. Smooth it out. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs.
