My mom used to love making fudge and this is one of my favorite recipes of hers.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1-2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, or dark chocolate candy bar, broken into bits
  • 1-1/2 cup marshmellows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

How To Make moms dark chocolate fudge w/ cranberries and nuts

  • Step 1
    Place milk, sugar and salt in lg saucepan, bring to a boil. Boil 5 mins, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and marshmellows.
  • Step 2
    Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, cashews and cranberries. Spray a 8" square baking pan w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Spoon fudge mix into pan. Smooth it out. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs.
