When my kids were growing up, I always took them Trick or Treating, and made it a tradition to make a pot of this hot chocolate when we got home...was usually always cold...this warmed them right up and was quick to boot! The recipe can easily be doubled for a crowd. I hope you try it sometime, it's delish! My photos

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cream
3 tablespoons packed, brown sugar
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 - 31/2 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
whipped - cream for garnish & extra cinnamon

How To Make ghouls spiced creamy hot chocolate

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and continuously stir until hot, but not boiling and the chocolate is nicely melted.

Step 2

Ladle into glasses, top with whipped cream & a pinch of cinnamon...delish!
