Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups graham cracker (crumbs)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream (chilled)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts (chopped)
- 250 grams milk chocolate bar (for coating)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for coating)
- 1 package mini marshmallow (optional, for coating)
- 836 grams fruit cocktail, drained
How To Make fruity chocolate truffles

Step 1Combine graham crumbs and cocoa. Mix with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail until fruits are coated.

Step 2Add sweetened condensed milk, all-purpose cream, ¼ cup butter, sugar and toasted cashew nuts. Mix well. Form into 1 tablespoon balls. Put on trays and freeze for 15 minutes.

Step 3Coating: In a double boiler over low flame, melt chocolate with butter. Using tong, dip each ball in chocolate and put in paper cups. Sprinkle with marshmallow if desired. Chill to set. Makes 40 pieces
