Ingredients For fruity chocolate truffles

  • 2 3/4 c
    graham cracker (crumbs)
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c
    condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose cream (chilled)
  • 1/4 c
    butter (melted)
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    roasted cashew nuts (chopped)
  • 250 g
    milk chocolate bar (for coating)
  • 1/2 c
    unsalted butter (for coating)
  • 1 pkg
    mini marshmallow (optional, for coating)
  • 836 g
    fruit cocktail, drained

How To Make fruity chocolate truffles

  • 1
    Combine graham crumbs and cocoa. Mix with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail until fruits are coated.

    Add sweetened condensed milk, all-purpose cream, ¼ cup butter, sugar and toasted cashew nuts. Mix well. Form into 1 tablespoon balls. Put on trays and freeze for 15 minutes.

    Coating: In a double boiler over low flame, melt chocolate with butter. Using tong, dip each ball in chocolate and put in paper cups. Sprinkle with marshmallow if desired. Chill to set. Makes 40 pieces
