Fruity Chocolate Truffles

2 3/4 cgraham cracker (crumbs)
1/2 ccocoa powder
1/2 ccondensed milk
1/2 call-purpose cream (chilled)
1/4 cbutter (melted)
1/4 croasted cashew nuts (chopped)
250 gmilk chocolate bar (for coating)
1/2 cunsalted butter (for coating)
1 pkgmini marshmallow (optional, for coating)
836 gfruit cocktail, drained
How to Make Fruity Chocolate Truffles
- Combine graham crumbs and cocoa. Mix with DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail until fruits are coated.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, all-purpose cream, ¼ cup butter, sugar and toasted cashew nuts. Mix well. Form into 1 tablespoon balls. Put on trays and freeze for 15 minutes.
In a double boiler over low flame, melt chocolate with butter. Using tong, dip each ball in chocolate and put in paper cups. Sprinkle with marshmallow if desired. Chill to set.
