1In a 9" x 13" casserole dish cover bottom w/ some graham crackers. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup milk and sugar until smooth.
2Fold in 1/2 the container of cool whip. In another lg bowl, beat pudding mix w/ 3 cups milk for 2 mins. Spread 1/2 cream cheese mix over crackers in casserole dish.
3Layer w/ 1/2 the pudding mix. Cover pudding w/ more graham crackers and repeat layering w/ cream cheese and pudding mixes. Top w/ remsining cool whip. Sprinkle w/ some crushed up graham crackers. Cover, refrigerate 2 hrs. Cut into squares.
