  • 1 1/4 c
    unsalted peanuts
  • 1/3 c
    dark chocolate, chopped (or chips) melted
  • 2 Tbsp
    pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp
    peanut or canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread peanuts in a shallow baking dish. Toast in a 350 degree F. oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer peanuts to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy, at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes.
