1 1/4 cunsalted peanuts
1/3 cdark chocolate, chopped (or chips) melted
2 Tbsppure maple syrup
1 Tbsppeanut or canola oil
1/2 tsppure vanilla extract
How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Spread peanuts in a shallow baking dish. Toast in a 350 degree F. oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Transfer peanuts to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy, at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes.
