Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped (or chips) melted
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon peanut or canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

How To Make chocolate peanut butter

  • Step 1
    Spread peanuts in a shallow baking dish. Toast in a 350 degree F. oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Transfer peanuts to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process, stopping to scrape down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy, at least 5 minutes and up to 10 minutes.
