Ingredients

1 pkg
(12 oz) milk chocolate morsels
1 tsp
fresh brewed coffee, cooled
2/3 c
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
salt
3 c
sifted confectioners sugar

How to Make CHOCOLATE MOCHA FROSTING (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place morsels in microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 10 seconds.

    Stir to make sure all chocolate is melted.

    If necessary, zap for an additional time 5 seconds at a time
  • 2Remove from microwave and stir in coffee until well blended.

    Set aside until cooled
  • 3When cooled, add all other ingredients and mix well with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • 4Will frost two 8 or 9 inch layers.
