chocolate mocha frosting (sallye)
This is taken from directly from My Toll House Heritage cookbook. You can't beat Toll House for chocolate goodness.

Yields approx 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) milk chocolate morsels
- 1 teaspoon fresh brewed coffee, cooled
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
How To Make chocolate mocha frosting (sallye)

Step 1Place morsels in microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 10 seconds. Stir to make sure all chocolate is melted. If necessary, zap for an additional time 5 seconds at a time

Step 2Remove from microwave and stir in coffee until well blended. Set aside until cooled

Step 3When cooled, add all other ingredients and mix well with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Step 4Will frost two 8 or 9 inch layers.
