This is taken from directly from My Toll House Heritage cookbook. You can't beat Toll House for chocolate goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 teaspoon fresh brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar

How To Make chocolate mocha frosting (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Place morsels in microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 10 seconds. Stir to make sure all chocolate is melted. If necessary, zap for an additional time 5 seconds at a time
  • Step 2
    Remove from microwave and stir in coffee until well blended. Set aside until cooled
  • Step 3
    When cooled, add all other ingredients and mix well with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 4
    Will frost two 8 or 9 inch layers.
