What a delicious treat! These yummy brownies are packed with chocolate and mint flavor. I love the idea of changing out the color of the mint layer for different holidays. These would be great for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Christmas ... so many options. The Test Kitchen

milk
optional food coloring

FROSTING

chocolate chips
6 Tbsp
margarine

How to Make Chocolate Mint Brownies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the first 8 ingredients using a blender.
  • Pour mixture into a 9x13" greased pan.

  • 3Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
  • Filling: Mix and spread over cooled brownies.
