a chocolate fondant really easy to make cooked in no time you can serve it with ice cream but my family loves it with " crème anglaise" custard sauce

Ingredients For chocolate " fondant"

  • 200 g
    chocolate
  • 200 g
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g
    butter
  • 4
    eggs
  • 30 g
    all purpose flour

How To Make chocolate " fondant"

    melt the butter and the chocolate together
  • 2
    mix the milk, eggs and flour until well combined
  • 3
    mix number one with number two :) pour in a paper waxe lined pie pan and cook for 14 mn in a preheated oven at 175 degree celcius

    let it cool before slicing it you can put it in the fridge so it will be easier to cut as this cake is a fondant
