chocolate bird's nests
These are just adorable. Kid friendly, let them get their hands in there and help! PS: It has all the good things, like chocolate, peanut butter and salt!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces milk chocolate chips (or semi sweet, or even white chocolate!)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups chow mein noodles
- - jelly beans, candy coated choc. eggs, etc.
How To Make chocolate bird's nests

Step 1Line a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper or silicone mat. (Or use paper liners in muffin tins)

Step 2In large saucepan, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, SLOWLY on low heat.

Step 3Stir constantly until blended (about 5 min.)

Step 4Place chow mein noodles in a very large bowl.

Step 5Pour chocolate mixture over noodles, stir well. (If you want to use your hands to mix, make sure chocolate isn't too hot!)

Step 6Drop on parchment paper or silicon mat using a large cookie scoop (about 2 TBS for each nest).

Step 7Use back of spoon to form an indentation for the eggs.

Step 8Chill until set, about a half an hour.

Step 9Before serving place candy eggs or jelly beans, peeps, or other candies in center.
