I'm feelin good today, and my sweet tooth has kicked into over drive, the awnser....BROWNIES!!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 / 4 cups sugar, granulated
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 / 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped

    Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325, grease a 9x13 baking disd, and set aside. In a large saucepan melt the chocolate chips and butter over very low heat.

    Step 2
    When melted, remove pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly, when barely warm, stir in the sugars.

    Step 3
    In a dish, whisk the eggs, then whisk eggs into the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the flour, finally whisk in the vanilla extract and the salt.

    Step 4
    Spread the mixture into your greased pan and take the cashew butter and dollop over the top of the batter, sprinkle the chopped cashews overall.

    Last, take a knife and swirl it thru the top all over. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. ..if you can wait that long. ENJOY!!!
