Ingredients

  • 3 cups 18-oz, white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup candied green cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup candied red cherries, bhopped

How To Make white chocolate jewel fudge

  • Step 1
    In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt. Remove from heat; stir in cherries. Spread evenly in 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 pounds.
