Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 can (large) evaporated milk (not condensed milk)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 32 large marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 ounces baking chocolate
  • 1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate
  • 13 ounces sweet milk chocolate
  • 2 cups nuts

How To Make travel well fudge

  • Step 1
    Combine butter, milk and sugar in large heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved; bring to a boil. Cover and boil for 5 minutes, turn of heat, add marshmallows, stir until dissolved.
  • Step 2
    Add the 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time. Stirring after each addition, until completely melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir to blend. Pour into lightly greased 10x13 inch pan; let stand until cool and firm before cutting.
