  • 1 c
    creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 stick
  • 3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    optional chopped nuts-walnuts, peanuts, pecans

How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge


  1. In a medium saucepan on top of stove, melt peanut butter and butter over medium heat. Stir in rest of ingredients by hand until well blended.
  2. Pour into a well buttered 9x13 baking dish and let it cool and set up 2 hours.
  3. Then score the fudge and store it in an airtight container. It keeps along time.
