This fudge recipe is a snap to make and sets up quick. So good!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup optional chopped nuts-walnuts, peanuts, pecans

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    In a medium saucepan on top of stove, melt peanut butter and butter over medium heat. Stir in rest of ingredients by hand until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Pour into a well buttered 9x13 baking dish and let it cool and set up 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Then score the fudge and store it in an airtight container. It keeps along time.
