How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge Candy
- Dissolve brown sugar, butter and white sugar with milk. Cook until it forms soft ball stage (234-240 degrees on candy thermometer); test in small bowl of cold water. Add cornstarch dissolved in little cold water.
- Remove from stove and beat well. Add vanilla, peanut butter and nuts.
- Immediately transfer to buttered pan. Let cool to lukewarm; cut into squares.
