Old family recipe that we'd always have for company.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Cool to lukewarm.
  • Step 2
    Add peanut butter and vanilla and beat with electric mixer until creamy.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan and cool completely before cutting.
