This makes a great Xmas gift for fudge lovers. You can make it in November and wrap it firmly in heavy aluminum foil (you can wrapped it in individual pieces), then place in a Ziplock bag in the freezer.

Ingredients For peanut butter fudge

  • 4 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 12 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 8 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 8 oz
    marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter fudge

    Over low heat, mix together the sugar, milk and butter. Bring it to a bubble--but do not let it come to a boil. Using a candy thermometer, bring the mixture to soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.

    Beat until the mixture starts to thicken and then pro into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Let it totally cool before cutting.
