This makes a great Xmas gift for fudge lovers. You can make it in November and wrap it firmly in heavy aluminum foil (you can wrapped it in individual pieces), then place in a Ziplock bag in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter fudge

Step 1Over low heat, mix together the sugar, milk and butter. Bring it to a bubble--but do not let it come to a boil. Using a candy thermometer, bring the mixture to soft ball stage.

Step 2Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.

Step 3Beat until the mixture starts to thicken and then pro into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Let it totally cool before cutting.
