Easy to make and taste great ... Recipe is from Mrs. Wood's 1979 3rd grade class in Topton, PA.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 12 oz. jars creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 pound margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pound 10x sugar
  • 1 - 16 oz. jars marshmallow cream

How To Make peanut butter easter eggs

  • Step 1
    Cream peanut butter, margarine, and vanilla. Beat in sugar and mix thoroughly. Beat in marshmallow last.
  • Step 2
    Roll into small eggs and place in freezer until hard to make them easy to coat.
  • Step 3
    Coat with chocolate. Store in refrigerator.
