A Cape Breton recipe from my niece (Phyllis Fraser) I make it for Christmas every year because everyone loves it, and everyone asks for the recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup - peanut butter
- 3/4 cup - icing sugar
- 1 cup - mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup - special k
- 1 cup - coconut
How To Make peanut butter balls

Step 1Mix first 2 ingredients well.

Step 2Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Chill until easy to handle. Roll into balls. Dip in melted chocolate. Put on waxed paper lined cookie sheets to harden in fridge. Store container in fridge.
