holiday peanut clusters
I snagged this from Peter Pan himself when I needed something in a hurry to fill cookie tins with. They are irresistible and the best part is you do not have to bake them. I have to confess that I use Jiff peanut butter. The others just don't cut it for me. ;)

- - 12.6 oz. package red and green m&m's
- - 11 oz. package butterscotch chips
- - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- - 2 (12 oz. cans) cocktail peanuts
How To Make holiday peanut clusters

Step 1Combine M&M's, chips, and peanut butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute; stir. Continue microwaving and stirring, in 30-second intervals, until chips and peanut butter are melted.

Step 2Stir in peanuts; drop mixture by heaping tablespoonfuls on baking sheet lined with parchment or waxed paper. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
