How to Make Easy Fudge
- Pour sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute. Don't stir.
- Add contents of sugar-free frosting to microwave bowl on top of chips. Microwave for 1 minute. Mixture will be bubbly. Stir now.
- Add chopped nuts. (any kind of nuts you like will work). Stir into mixture.
- Pour into buttered 8x8 thin cookie sheet. Spread out evenly. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into nice sized pieces. Enjoy!
