My best friend Clarice gave me this recipe because I am a diabetic like her, and we could never find a great fudge recipe until now.

Ingredients
- 1- 16 ounces hershey's sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 can sugar free vanilla icing (frosting)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
How To Make easy fudge

Step 1Pour sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute. Don't stir.

Step 2Add contents of sugar-free frosting to microwave bowl on top of chips. Microwave for 1 minute. Mixture will be bubbly. Stir now.

Step 3Add chopped nuts. (any kind of nuts you like will work). Stir into mixture.

Step 4Pour into buttered 8x8 thin cookie sheet. Spread out evenly. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into nice sized pieces. Enjoy!
