My best friend Clarice gave me this recipe because I am a diabetic like her, and we could never find a great fudge recipe until now.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1- 16 oz
hershey's sugar free chocolate chips
1 can(s)
sugar free vanilla icing (frosting)
1 c
chopped nuts

How to Make Easy Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pour sugar-free chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute. Don't stir.
  • 2Add contents of sugar-free frosting to microwave bowl on top of chips. Microwave for 1 minute. Mixture will be bubbly. Stir now.
  • 3Add chopped nuts. (any kind of nuts you like will work). Stir into mixture.
  • 4Pour into buttered 8x8 thin cookie sheet. Spread out evenly. Refrigerate for several hours. Cut into nice sized pieces. Enjoy!
