I got this recipe from a girl I used to work with. It's so delicious and the use of peanut butter or hazlenut spread makes it super creamy.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound confectioner's sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted (1/2 pound)
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or hazlenut spread)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make easy fudge

  • Step 1
    Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick spray. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well by hand.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to prepared baking pan. Spread evenly.
  • Step 4
    Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight to set.
  • Step 5
    When ready to serve, cut into squares. Store leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container.
