I got this recipe from a girl I used to work with. It's so delicious and the use of peanut butter or hazlenut spread makes it super creamy.

  • 1 lb
    confectioner's sugar
  • 2 stick
    margarine, melted (1/2 pound)
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    peanut butter (or hazlenut spread)
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Easy Fudge


  1. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with no-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well by hand.
  3. Transfer to prepared baking pan. Spread evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight to set.
  5. When ready to serve, cut into squares. Store leftovers in refrigerator in an airtight container.
