How to Make Crispies Peanut Butter Eggs - Delish!

  1. Combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Blend together well.
  2. Add cereal and blend into peanut butter mixture. I used my hands for this part, to get thoroughly mixed.
  3. Form into balls or eggs. I used a good tablespoon full for the eggs.
  4. Chocolate coating:

In a microwave safe bowl; add chips and shortening...microwave for 1 minute, stir...if all of chocolate is not melted, put back into microwave and heat another 30 seconds...
  5. I use a fork and dunk the eggs; letting the excess chocolate drip off.

    Chill to set.
