  • 8 - squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces tub cool whip topping, thawed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • - salted peanuts, chopped

How To Make chocolate peanut butter truffles

  • Step 1
    Melt chocolate squares. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Cool to room temperature. Gemtly stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or salted peanuts. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
