- 8 - squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8 ounces tub cool whip topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- - salted peanuts, chopped
How To Make chocolate peanut butter truffles

Step 1Melt chocolate squares. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Cool to room temperature. Gemtly stir in whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or salted peanuts. Store in refrigerator. Makes 3 dozen.
