Ingredients
- 3 cups sweetened coconut
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening
How To Make chocolate covered coconut snowballs

Step 1In a bowl mix first 3 ingredients

Step 2Roll into bite sized balls. Put onto waxed paper covered cookie sheet and put into refrigerator

Step 3In microwave safe dish melt chocolate chips and shortening. (30 seconds) Stirring until smooth. Dip coconut balls in chocolate and return to waxed paper covered cookie sheets. Store in Refrigerator.
