This is a recipe I got years ago from Bobby, a co-worker in Columbus, Ohio. It is yummy!

Makes about 2 pounds
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powdered
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup, light
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make bobby's fudge

Step 1Mix sugar, cream, cocoa and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Step 2Bring it to a bubble (don't let it come to a rolling boil); bring it to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.

Step 4Pour into a buttered 9x9 pan and let it cool on a rack; when hardened, cut into squares.
