Ingredients For bobby's fudge

  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 4 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powdered
  • 1 Tbsp
    corn syrup, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted, softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make bobby's fudge

  • 1
    Mix sugar, cream, cocoa and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

    Bring it to a bubble (don't let it come to a rolling boil); bring it to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.

    Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
  • 4
    Pour into a buttered 9x9 pan and let it cool on a rack; when hardened, cut into squares.
