How to Make Bobby's Fudge
- Mix sugar, cream, cocoa and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Bring it to a bubble (don't let it come to a rolling boil); bring it to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
- Pour into a buttered 9x9 pan and let it cool on a rack; when hardened, cut into squares.
