Recipe in my e-mail from cousin in Arizona..this is so good- you got to try it..don't leave out the baking soda and use only good dark chocolate wafers..that's what makes this so great!

Ingredients

1 lb
pkg. dark chocolate melting wafers not chocolate chips
1/4 c
cocoa powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda,do not omit
14 oz
can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp
good vanilla extract
1 c
chopped walnuts

How to Make Best Ever Microwave Fudge

Step-by-Step

  • 1Line an 8-inch pan with no stick foil,set aside.
    Place all ingredients except nuts in a medium-sized bowl that is microwave safe. Stir to combine.
  • 2Cook mixture in microwave for 1 minute , stir well then microwave for 45 seconds , stir well until the chocolate wafers are almost melted. Remove and continue stirring until wafers are completely melted. Fold in nuts.
  • 3Pour into prepared pan. Chill until set; about 3 hours. Pick up by foil from the pan and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
