How to Make Aunt Mary Bednar's Cashew Crunch


  1. Stir sugar and butter until tan or light brown. Stir the whole time.
  2. Butter pan, spread cashews into pan. Pour sugar mixture over cashews. Break Hershey bar and put on top of hot sugar mixture and spread until covered well.
  3. I put in the refrigerator to cool faster and then break into pieces and enjoy.
