sugar
1 1/2 c
white syrup
1/8
teaspoon salt
1 c
peanuts, raw

teaspoon vanilla
1
teaspoon butter
1
teaspoon baking soda

How to Make 2Di4 Microwave Peanut Brittle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put the sugar in a glass bowl, add the syrup, STIR, add the salt, STIR, add peanuts, STIR, microwave for 3 minutes.
  • 2Take out and STIR, microwave again for 3 minutes. Great time to butter a cookie sheet for later.
  • 3Take out and add the vanilla and butter, STIR, microwave 1 minute.
  • 4Take out and sprinkle the soda gently and quickly and then pour onto a buttered cookie sheet.
  • 5Allow to cool or if you can't wait, put in the fridge to harden and cool. Break apart and enjoy!
