Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup karo corn syrup light
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 cups glass bowl
  • - wax paper

How To Make 15 minute microwave caramels

  • Step 1
    Melt butter Add: Brown Sugar, Sugar, Karo Corn Syrup. Stir well then add condensed milk and stir well.
  • Step 2
    Put a plate underneath the bowl incase of boil over. Microwave on high for 13 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from microwave and stir. Pour HOT caramel into a buttered 9 x 13 glass pan and allow to cool. Cut into 1 x1 squares, wrap in wax paper.
