Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    karo corn syrup light
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 c
    glass bowl
  • ·
    wax paper

How to Make 15 Minute Microwave Caramels

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter Add: Brown Sugar, Sugar, Karo Corn Syrup.
    Stir well then add condensed milk and stir well.
  2. Put a plate underneath the bowl incase of boil over. Microwave on high for 13 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir. Pour HOT caramel into a buttered 9 x 13 glass pan and allow to cool.
    Cut into 1 x1 squares, wrap in wax paper.
