Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup light sour cream
How To Make yummy upside down cranberry cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.

Step 2In microwaveable bowl, place brown sugar and butter, microwave until melted, 10-30 seconds. Pour into bottom of pan. Sprinkle w/ cranberries and pecans.

Step 3In another lg bowl, beat oil and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, stir in vanilla. Beat in flour mix, alternately w/ sour cream. Pour batter over cranberries. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
