  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint whipping cream

How To Make whipped cream icing

  • Step 1
    Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes; dissolve over hot water. Whip cream until stiff; beat in sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin. Beat mixture until it forms peaks. Frost cake. Makes 4 cups.
