Ingredients

1 tsp
unflavored gelatin
2 Tbsp
cold water
3 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
1 pt
whipping cream

How to Make WHIPPED CREAM ICING

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes; dissolve over hot water. Whip cream until stiff; beat in sugar and vanilla. Add cooled gelatin. Beat mixture until it forms peaks. Frost cake. Makes 4 cups.
