My family sure loves sweets! This is a nice comforting desert. Its super easy to make. These buns are on the dense side since they are made without yeast. But they are yummy!

Ingredients For tee's no yeast cinnamon bun's

  • FOR THE DOUGH
  • 2 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 - 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    cashew milk add 1 tab white vinager
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cinnamon recommend tupperware brand)
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • FOR THE ICING
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    fresh squeezed oranges
  • 2 Tbsp
    half and half

How To Make tee's no yeast cinnamon bun's

    Preheat oven to 425. Combine filling ingredients in a small bowl, then mix with a fork until well blended.

    In a larger bowl combine all of the dry ingredients for the dough. Sifted! Make a well in the middle add the cashew milk with the vinegar in it and butter. Stir until well mix but do not over mix. Kneed slightly with your hands. Make sure you have a little added flour on the counter so pastry don't stick. Cut dough in half. Roll out.

    Once you have each piece rolled out divide the filling spread out. Slice each roll. You should get 8 for each dough.

    Place sliced rolls in a well greased non stick 11x8 pan or 8x8. Brush cinnamon rolls with remainder butter. Bake for 20min.

    Mix your ingredients for your icing! Smooth. Pour over finished rolls. Enjoy!
