Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- FROSTING:
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick to one full stick butter

Step 1In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Do not use a mixer; mix by hand.

Step 2Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Step 3Frosting: Mix ingredients together and spread on cake while still warm.
