- 0.5 box cake mix, butter flavor
- 16 ounces strawberries, frozen
- 1/2 cup milk, 2%
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut rum
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 - eggs
- 1 cup coconut, grated - optional
