Ingredients

  • 36 medium cupcake liners
  • 1 box cake mix, strawberry
  • 0.5 box cake mix, butter flavor
  • 16 ounces strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk, 2%
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut rum
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 6 - eggs
  • 1 cup coconut, grated - optional

How To Make strawberry cupcakes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375* As soon as cupcakes are in the oven, reduce heat to 350* Bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes Lightly brown; Toothpick test should be clean

    Puree strawberries and coconut rum Melt butter Combine milk and lemon juice
