Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar or splenda sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or light salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How To Make sponge cake

Step 1Beat the eggs until thick and creamy. Add sifted sugar and beat well. Add warm water and lemon juice and beat again.

Step 2Sift the flour, add salt or light salt and baking powder and sift again. Combine dry ingredients with the mixture, a little at a time folding in gently.

Step 3When well blended pour in a ungreased pan with center tube. Bake in moderate 350F for 50 minutes.
