How to Make Shoo Fly Cake
1Mix first 3 ingredients into small crumbs, reserving 2 cups for the top.
2Tightly press the remainder into the bottom of a sprayed 13x9 pan.
3Stir together the syrup, water, baking soda and salt. Pour onto the crumb layer.
4Top with the reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tops springs back like a regular cake.
