quick and easy chocolate pudding cake
I love how easy this is to make. I didn't have any eggs on hand, so I tried this and it worked. I buy store-bought chocolate frosting. Microwave about 1 cup of it, and spread a thin layer of it over the cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 box 4-serving size, sugar-free, instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1-3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1-1/2 cup chocolate chips, i used dark chocolate.
- 1 can chocolate frosting
How To Make quick and easy chocolate pudding cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. In bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix, let it thicken a little.

Step 2Beat in cake mis, ( no oil, no eggs. Just the mix.) Spread mix in pan. Sprinkle w/ chocolate chips. Bake 30 mins.

Step 3When cool, microwave about 1 cup of the frosting in a small bowl until soft, almost melted. Spread a thin layer over cake.
