Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 - 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces light cool whip, thawed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- - caramel sundae sauce
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
How To Make pumpkin poke cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" bakiing pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, pumpkin spice and pumpkin puree. Pour into pan, bake 35 mins. Let cool.

Step 2Poke holes in cake w/ wooden spoon handle. Pour condensed milk into holes and over cake. Refrigerate 1 hr. In another bowl, Beat cool whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cake.

Step 3Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, drizzle w/ caramel sauce. Sprinkle w/ graham cracker crumbs and pecans..SOO yummy!
