Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 - yellow cake mix, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 - eggs, divided
- 1-29 oz. can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- TOPPING
- 1 cup reserved cake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
How To Make pumpkin pie cake

Step 1Set aside 1 cup of cake mix for topping. Combine remaining cake mix, butter and one egg in a medium bowl. Mix well and spread in a sprayed 13x9 pan.

Step 2In another bowl, mix together pumpkin, sugars, spices, remaining eggs and milk. Pour over cake batter.

Step 3Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over the pumpkin layer.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until filling is set.
