1/2 c
canned pumpkin puree
1 c
water
3 large
eggs
1/4 tsp
each cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg

FROSTING

1/2 stick
butter softened
1/2 c
canned pumpkin puree
1 tsp
vanilla
2 Tbsp
whole milk
1/4 tsp
each cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg
32 oz
powdered sugar

How to Make Pumpkin Cupcakes with Pumpkin Mousse Frosting

Step-by-Step

  • 1Grease two muffin pan and preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • 2Mix cake mix pumpkin water, eggs, and spices. Beat with mixer about 2 minutes.
  • 3Fill each muffin 2/3 full. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Until cake springs back when touched. Allow to cool
  • 4For the frosting. you need a stand mixer. Beat all ingredients about 15 to 20 minutes. Adjust the sugar until desired consistency. The longer you beat it the lighter the frosting will be.
  • 5Frost the cooled cupcakes.
