    can pumpkin
  • 12 oz
    can evaporated milk
  • 3 large
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    pecans
  • 1 c
    melted butter

How to Make Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and place in a greased
    9 x 13 pan. Pour pumpkin mixture into pan.
  2. Sprinkle the box of cake mix over top. Top with pecans. Drizzle butter over top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes
